The Adamus S.A.'s motivation is to provide young people with optimal conditions for apprenticeships. The company aims to create opportunities for young and talented students, giving them the opportunity to take their first professional steps in a controlled environment.
We believe that positive experiences and our partner relationships are a springboard to success for future generations.

This new mechatronics workshop is a memorial of the achievements of the visionary, founder and long-time president of our company, Henryk Adamus.
Mr Henryk was the initiator of not only cooperation with the school in Wałcz, but he also shared many ideas with the headmaster of the school. Ideas that are still being implemented in the school. Henryk Adamus's achievements are and will be an inspiration for us.
