One of the goals of the Adamus company is development and education. Education of our employees and clients (Compression Tooling Academy), but also the younger generation.

The company's founder, Henryk Adamus, began supporting future employees many years ago. Developing specific skills and knowledge at an early stage of education allowed for the formation of outstanding specialists.

One example of this idea started years ago and is continuing to this day. Its cooperation with a mechatronic technical school (Powiatowe Centrum Kształcenia Ustawicznego i Zawodowego in Wałcz). For years, the company has been supporting the school, its students and graduates. The best students regularly follow the apprenticeship program at Adamus S.A.

That was also the case in 2020.

Currently, the company Adamus S.A. takes patronage over one of the technical school classes, in which students have the opportunity to:

• acquire professional skills, using modern technologies and techniques used in various workplaces,
•  training in world-class companies, such as Adamus S.A.
•  receiving a scholarship for the best students.

March 30, Chairman of the Board of Adamus S.A. Mrs Ludwika Miklaszewska with Automation Engineer Adrian Suszyński met with representatives of PCKZiU in Wałcz to establish the implementation of new projects.

The Adamus company, as part of cooperation with the school, will help to equip the new technical school workshop, where students will have the opportunity to develop their practical skills on high-tech machines and programs.
